Description

A handsome old inn between Harrogate and Harewood House, surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Wharfe valley. A warm, stylish interior mixes old and new to great effect; original stone walls, low ceilings and contemporary fabrics. An open fire at one end, a wood burner at the other, stone flags and oak floors in between. Fine Yorkshire ales, a glass of good wine and a tasty plate of home cooked pub classics attract locals and regulars alike back to the pub.

Try the butterfly king prawns with sweet chilli sauce, followed by the famous braised shoulder of lamb and finish with sticky toffee pudding if you’ve got the room!

All dietary requirements are catered for and a bespoke gluten free menu is available.
