Loved it. Wish we lived near enough to go every week. Only had tea & wonderful 'home made' cake (that I believe was really made at home) but the main meal someone on adjacent table ordered looked more than inviting so top marks for food even though 'just' a local cafe. Super-friendly service & very nice atmosphere. Also price/value amazingly good! Well done dudes.
Outstanding breakfast. Top quality sausages, bacon, black pudding and egg. Probably best English I’ve tasted
Edit - I apologise if my review caused offence, that wasn't my intention! I just wanted to provide honest feedback on our experience. Totally understandable that seating isn't your priority, it would've just made our visit more enjoyable. Everyone is after different things when they visit a cafe and this just wasn't for us, doesn't mean it won't suit others :) -- We visited here as the cafe we'd planned to go to down the road was closed. The booth seats were rock hard and the fabric chairs were a bit grubby. However it seemed family run which was nice. The breakfast was fine, ingredients tasted on the cheap side. The coffee was too weak and the two we ordered were very inconsistent.
The Cafe is also Dog friendly, price's are very good £5.00 for a small breakfast which I had twice in the two weeks there plus the coffee ☕ was great
Food was tasty. Drink was on the cool side. I can only describe this place as a greasy spoon café
