Was pacient there in 2021, while out hiking had chest pains, had a emergency appointment. suspected heart attack, had ecg and doctor said i need to go to hospital. i waited and nothing, as i live in a motorhome, with no address i was stuck down the road in a layby for 6 weeks, eventually moving on and been ill ever since, but needed to find out why i was never sent to hospital, York hospital never received the doctors referral. I never did get a reason why. How they are allowed to get away with this beat sme.

The level of care provided is excellent. It's an uncommon occurence in these cash-strapped times that every single time I call, I rarely have to wait long at all to be greeted by an efficient and caring receptionist. The nursing staff and GPs consistently deliver an excellent standard of care. Having moved to the area from a big city, I can confidently say that my ability to get an appointment here far exceeds that to which I had reluctantly become accustomed. It's also great to receive the proactive texts and phonecalls rather than feeling like it's just you battling the system. Thank you!

Best GP surgery ever! Having moved around the country over the years before settling up here about 12 years ago I’ve never had any problems here and staff are so friendly and kind and they always looked after my family, especially my children and go out of their way to help always

Despite what's happening to the NHS, the GPs here are absolutely fantastic. Go above and beyond and even though they are over worked they still greet you with care and kindness. It's not the GPs fault waiting times are so long...blame the government. As far as the surgery goes...everyone does their job as efficiently as possible and deserves good recognition for that. I highly recommend GPs there and I always will do. Thank you for not treating me and my kids as a number and for always doing your best.

Excellent team, doctors, nurses and any other support staff. I am aware of the pressure from the community and how it stretches their staff and resources. I have enjoyed friendly contact fairly frequently and been treated very ably and professionally as I have several ongoing issues. I hope this restores faith in the practice! Help them by giving support !
