Jems Hair Design

As usual, great haircut from Mandy today. I’ve been going to Jems, every four weeks, for around 10 years now. Mandy always does a proper consultation, to check how hair has been since the last cut. She uses top quality products and hair wash includes a good scalp massage! My hair is thick, wiry and grows fast; it has a mind of its own and is not easy to cut. Mandy does a fantastic job keeping it in shape, so it’s easy for me to look after. Mandy is an experienced hairdresser, as are Sarah & Kelly. A trip to the salon is always a relaxed event as the girls, and newly qualified Gracie, are welcoming and friendly.Thanks Mandy - don’t know how I’d manage without you.

I have been a customer for 25 years with Mandy, the owner, cutting my hair regularly.. She, and her staff, are excellent stylists and careful and professional with their advice and styling. I get compliments on my hair all the time - not due to my expertise but entirely due to Mandy at Jems hair design. Highly recommended.

Big shout out to Sarah at Jems Hair Design, moved up from down south. At last a true professional who gets my funky hairs reaction to colour, no more orange roots and purple around face. A lovely hairdressers, great environment, fantastic ladies and a tip top biscuit with my coffee. Thanks
