First came across James 2 years ago when I needed a new boiler. Within days of phoning, we had a new boiler installed. Fast, efficient and also tidy. He most recently came out to service said boiler, had no problems getting hold of James, he was round quickly to carry the service out. Highly recommend. Nice bloke too.
We first met James last winter when we moved into our new house and realised the boiler was not working. He replaced it with a brand new one within days. Clean worker, does what he says he will do, answers his phone and keeps you up to date with what’s going on. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James to anyone looking for a reliable tradesman.
James came out to assess my boiler after 10 days of being cold, not hot water and, let down by two other engineers. He quickly saw the problem and, despite attempts plus parts from previous engineers, could see it was all in vain. James and colleague Chris came out the following day, a Sunday, to put in a new boiler. A very good price and extremely good service. Lots of care taken. They don't leave you stranded. I thoroughly recommend James. I'll be passing his details on to friends.
James and Jerry recently fitted a brand new boiler, relocating it from my loft space to downstairs after my old one caused a nasty leak. I would highly recommend their workmanship- punctual, reliable, friendly, professional, trustworthy and a very neat job. Thanks guys.
Very happy with the service James provided. He came at short notice even though his van was in the garage for a service. His wife brought him in her car to help us out. A lovely man that says it as it is. Would totally recommend. It's not often you get a tradesman to attend at short notice. He went above and beyond. Thank you James (and Sarah!) Gary
