The company say they are there to help. But they hide behind policies. This leaves you with no laundry. We missed a collection last week( not needing it and at a funeral in London) then when we went to collect today for both weeks only one available and this has left us short. They were unable to just give us two large sheets to tide us over. Not really the customer service that supports local businesses. Really sad to have to write this. But it seems to be about them not the customer.

Customer service appalling, I took a mattress protector to be laundered, told it would be a week, went to collect a week later, not ready told it was in the dryer and would be ready the following day. Fortunately telephoned prior to driving over and was told it wasn't ready, it wasn't my cover that was in the dryer, told it would be ready first thing today, telephoned and guess what its waiting to be dried and will be ready today at lunchtime. At no time has anyone telephoned to explain what is the problem. I am collecting the cover at lunchtime no matter what the status. Absolutely abysmal. Dear Chris, thank you for your response and subsequent telephone call and letter advising me you were addressing my complaint with your team. I am happy to say I received my mattress cover beautifully laundered and despite my initial complaint I would have no hesitation in using your facility again. Kind regards Jenny Grant
