Friendly staff from reception to nurses. Good size carpark. So convenient to take a ticket, sit and wait for your turn and they get you in to have your blood taken as fast as they can.

A thriving community hub. We do the move it or lose it group which is lots of fun but there are plenty of other users and lots of information to signpost to other groups and facilities.

Arrived at 10.20 for bloodtest & joined long queue. Ticketing system out of order. At 10.50 when I still had 6 people in front of me they announced they would close at 11 & could only see one or two more patients. Surely they must have known this was going to happen earlier & could have prevented people joining the queue & wasting their time.
