A very popular spot on a sunny day, this cafe is on the banks of the river in Knaresborough at the Lido. There is seating outside with fab views of the river by or you can sit inside. The cafe is above ground level with a flight of steps and this also where the toilets are situated. I had a really good cup of tea and a tub of strawberry icecream with a flake. The cakes looked amazing! Staff are lovely!
What a gem with beautiful views. Called in for breakfast after staying at the lido. Warm friendly welcome, dogs are allowed in too. Delicious breakfast and pauline enjoyed the sausages and attention too. Came on the Sunday with grandchildren. They enjoyed there meal and treats. We had a Delicious cottage pie chips and veg and took some cake home for afters. Thank you ladies for all your hard work.
Brought Toto here for a treat. The food was lovely and the service great. Such an idyllic spot next to the river. They made such a fuss of toto which of course he loved. Loves the attention that one! We will come back again in the spring and summer.
Decent cuppa by the beautiful river side views. Very nice fruit scone that was just the right size. Great view from the balcony and there's always some shade somewhere fort those super sunny days.
My dog absolutely loves it in here, the staff adore him too. So much so that it's a battle trying to walk past the place when it's closed. We only recently moved to Knaresborough, however this is one of our regular pit stops already.
