Great restaurant in the heart of Knaresborough. A wide choice of food and drinks and everything was delicious and served promptly. There was a nice atmosphere and the restaurant is comfortable and well decorated. There is a choice of standard tables or booths and tables are well spaced. The drinks are all alcohol-free but you can bring your own alcoholic drinks with no corkage charge if you like.
Went here tonight for my Son’s 10th Birthday, the staff were amazing and very attentive. There was a young boy (Luca) we think. He was only 16 and he was so polite, lovely boy. If I was his parents I would be very proud. All in all 10/10 service and food.
Been 3 times now and love it every time. They have all the classic dishes but also some amazing twists with different dishes. Our new favourite Indian now in Knaresborough.
Excellent curry, consistent too. I had a chicken and spinach bhuna, I loved it. We must have been to eat at Lawai 30 times now and we are never let down. The staff are so helpful the atmosphere is good, in fact I don't want to go anywhere else now. Great job
Brilliant food, defiantly the best curry in the area wouldnt go anywhere else!! The service is very friendly and there is a bubbly atmosphere.
