I have used the hub on quite a few occasions now and I find this place better than any bank. The fact that can use any bank in there is great but the biggest asset the hub has is Ollie, what an absolute breath of fresh air this young man is. He’s always polite, professional, helpful and just an amazing lovely guy. Nothing is to much trouble and he always has a smile 😊 we could all learn a thing or to from this young man, fantastic customer service and whatever he gets paid is not enough in my opinion. Thank you Ollie 🙏 Mike 👍
Just called into Knaresborough Hub, completely ignored by the counter staff whilst they continued to discuss the price of fish, a lady in uniform said we can’t do money transfers and Nat West only here on a Monday. Another customer was very helpful giving me times of opening of the nearest Nat West Branch. Not much of hub I retorted with an agreement from the lady in the uniform. Seems to sum up the whole attitude of the English… they don’t give a stuff.
Used HSBC (Thursday service). Maksim was really helpful, easy to get an appointment, had to wait 20 mins, which is reasonable. Full service available, which meant we didn't have to travel to main branch in Harrogate. Will definitely use this service. Good opening hours too.
Never thought i would saying Knaresborough this but they are far better than any previous Halifax banks
Excellent service on Friday from Wendy, the Barclays rep. Craig the banking hub manager was very welcoming. A great asset to Knaresborough
