Fantastic experience with Chris at Nidd Valley Garage (new trading name). He made my punctured tyre a non-issue for me. All resolved in 2 hours from collecting wheel, replacing tyre and reinstalling wheel. A full collection and delivery service by people you can trust is a game changer. All my servicing needs will come their way now. Superb. Highly recommend
Recently a new Garage and Mechanics to myself, however recently they have been looking after my also new to me Merc E Class Wagon and sorted out a service and fixed a suspension knocking issue and also had new tyres fitted via them also. Chris there seems very knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. Visited their workshop the first time and Chris collected my car the second time from my house. So far so good, I would recommend them and decent reasonable prices so far also.
Needed an automatic gearbox service. Got recommended them on Facebook, great communication from the start and cheaper then most quotes. Smooth collection and drop off of my car which saved me having to find a way back and to the garage. Being a young lass with not much experience with using garages, I felt confident with the work they were doing and they were honest and upfront with what it would cost. Highly recommend to anyone looking, great set of people 😊
Chris has been amazing at helping me when I’ve had car issues, any issues I have the garage is great at sorting it as soon as possible! They’ve been a life saver when it’s come to needing the car for work etc. super happy with their service and I’ll keep using them for sure. Very reliable and do not rip you off either with me being a young female adult and having to idea about cars!! 😆
I cannot thank Chris and co enough for sorting my car!! Had an ongoing problem and they got it sorted! It wasnt the easiest problem but Chris went out of his way to research and help. Brilliant service and the collection and drop off made it so much easier. I can't recommend them highly enough and wouldn't use anyone else now! Thankyou again!!!!
