Absolutely terrible experience from what seemed like a reputable business. Made an enquiry about a car they had in stock, after a few back and fourths we finally agreed on a deal. Sunday was chosen for the collection day, and supposedly the dealer was opened up specifically for my handover. All seemed to go well but no online transaction of the vehicles ownership, I was assured it would happen when the ‘admin team’ were back on Monday but never did. Had to chase for 3 weeks before the ownership of the old vehicle and consequently new vehicle changed names, only to have to reapply for a new V5C as one had been sent to the wrong address (admin error on their behalf). I had to chase for the full service history which turns out isn’t full only partial, you’d expect spending that much money on a vehicle the service history would’ve been collected on my behalf prior to collecting the vehicle. I’ve later had a health check done on the vehicle, there is an oil leak on the engine, a tyre is showing cords and is very illegal and one tyre is fitted the wrong way round. I was told they have a very high level of detail carrying out PDI’s but obviously not. Awful customer service, vehicle arguably not as advertised.

Sold my x3m through Lawton Brook as they’re the sister company to Oracle who manage my finance. This made the process of moving my old vehicle on much easier, and the price offered was at the top end of the other part ex prices I had received from dealers. Wes was great in arranging the deal and James came to mine to check the vehicle over before agreeing the price and taking it away. Money was in my account before James departed with the car. All in all a great and seamless service. Highly recommend!
