Having just collected a beautiful Cayman this morning I can honestly say the whole experience at RPM has been faultless. I initially spoke to Nick about the car and then Ben looked after me throughout the process. Both very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. The set up they run is second to none, the car is immaculate and has been detailed amazingly ( apologies for not knowing the name of the Valeter) All in all I could not be happier! I drove from Bath to RPM in Knaresborough so that they could retro-fit cruise control to my 997.2 GTS (911). I have had the car for many years, but for long trips my joints do not like the constant need to have my foot on the accelerator. Having researched through PCGB contacts it became obvious that RPM were the 'go to' specialists for the job. Booking was made very easy by Nick who organised the parts and fitting so that I could get get my car to them shortly after opening (I stayed up the night before). Hospitality in the new customer lounge (above the very nice 'toy box' full of great cars - good thinking boys!) was provided by Ben (and yes he got me into fantastic Cayman 718 4.0 GTS, just to see - of course...!). Within two hours I was back on the road for my 235 mile trip home. The CC worked perfectly and made a huge difference to my driving experience. This was a relatively small job for RPM but that makes their whole customer focus throughout such a great experience (my 25 years of Porsche ownership has not always ended so well!). Highly recommended, and do not let the location deter you - quality is always worth the effort.

After a fair bit of research, I entrusted my 944 to RPM Specialist Cars in North Yorkshire. From the manner in which my initial enquiry was met, to the accuracy of their quote, to the quality of the work, I was especially pleased. The bill was significant (as expected), so it was vital that I felt like I was dealing with absolute professionals.

Just used these guys to replace the PSE valves on my 981 GTS. What a lovely setup and what a great bunch of guys who are genuinely enthusiastic about the marque and their work. Well worth the 4-hour round trip for a job well done (plus a day out in York!)

5 star service from the guys at RPM. I chanced my arm and just rocked up after the brake warning light had come on in my car. They went above and beyond to fit me in to replace pads and discs, firstly to ensure that we were safe to drive (pads were VERY warn!!) but also so that we were still able to go on our road trip to Austria with confidence. They made sure the boys and myself got home as I needed to leave the car there. And they worked their socks off to get it turned around so I could home the next day. Would 1000000% recommend RPM and will be returning! Thank you
