Absolutely delighted with my new EX30 Ultra I picked up today from Volvo Knaresborough. From the very beginning Jess has been fantastic. From the moment we entered the showroom Stoneacre Harrogate have been attentive with our needs. We are delighted with the service we’ve received. Will Green, our sales person was first class - really knowledgeable, engaging and managed to answer all our concerns. Will struck the right balance. He wax super friendly, great sense of humour and efficiently dealt with all the administration. Also a mention for Kieran Ince who proved equally helpful with our queries.

This is the second XC90 in a row that we’ve purchased from Stoneacre Harrogate and just as last time we’ve been very impressed and delighted with the service we’ve received. Sales person Will Green has been first class - really knowledgeable, patient with all our questions however basic, and just the right balance between giving us the confidence in making the right choice but without being pushy! Also super friendly, great sense of humour and keeping things simple with all the admin. Also a mention for the delivery guys - main man Ian and also different Ian who delivered couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. A great experience all round!
