My grandma has just picked up a new-to-her car from Vantage Knaresborough and we wanted to highlight the fantastic service we received from Tom Meeke. From start to finish, he was attentive and took the time to get to know her to make sure she felt at ease with the whole process. The cosmetic work was all sorted as agreed, and the vehicle had been mechanically prepared, well in time for the handover. Similarly, the handover process was straightforward, and she was made to feel special with the car being parked in the showroom with a personalised message and a gift to take away. Thank you so much Tom, you’ve been amazing!

The waiting area is welcoming, with coffee etc provided & available. There a a calm ambience & wifi if needed. The waiting time given was a good 15 more than the service actually took & I was taken out to my car by the service manager. I was also sent a service report video to my phone. Really good experience for my car’s first service. Looking forward to my complimentary wash & vac next time. The carpets had been vacced beautifully but the hosepipe ban robbed me of a wash.

Bought a used car a couple of months ago from this dealership in Knaresborough and must say the experience was great from start to finish Ben and Callum ( sales team ) were very informative about the process and had our car ready in a week. I would highly recommend this dealership for the fantastic experience and customer service. If you need a new or used Toyota this is the place for you.

We visted Vantage Knaresborough Wednesday 12th November for a planned service. The young man who dealt with us was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and we received excellent service throughout. We cannot remember his name but well done and thank you. Highly recommend this garage.
