Have used this dealership for many years - previously as company car driver, but more recently as a private owner. Explained what I was looking for and they matched a vehicle to my requirement. My daughter and I were in the area one Saturday morning, so we visited these guys to ask about the faulty multi-function screen in her Corsa. The workshop was closed, but a helpful chap called John took my daughter's details and told us he'd have someone call her in two days (when they were next open). Imagine my surprise when my daughter told me that someone had actually called, and she was taking her car in so they could advise - nice one John. My daughter was called by Jenny, a service advisor, to tell us that the whole unit needed replacing (OUCH), and a couple of other bits needed to be looked at. When we arrived to collect my daughter's car, the whole team of service advisors were amazingly friendly and genuinely helpful. We decided against the screen replacement due to the ludicrous cost (I've since found a couple of specialists who can repair it for a small fraction of the cost of a replacement). FYI - I find it mad that main dealers only want to fit new parts, rather than repairing existing ones. Thanks for your help anyway guys - first class service.

Charlotte the Service Supervisor went above and beyond to try help me solve issues with my car. She was friendly, understanding, professional and went out of her way to do her best for me. Charlotte sourced more affordable parts and gave me different options to match my circumstances. Excellent customer service
