I have recently purchased a nearly new ID.3 GTX and am very impressed with the vehicle. I am not a local customer and in fact travelled from the North West to Harrogate to view the vehicle. Prior to my visit I was sent a video of the vehicle and had a very helpful conversation with Darren, Head of Business. We were able to agree a very satisfactory deal on my part exchange car over the phone, Darren was keen that I should understand everything before making the 3 hour journey. I was then contacted by Freya, Sales Executive. Freya couldn’t have been more helpful. On arrival after a long journey she gave me a much needed coffee and left me on my own to look over the car I was interested in, there was no pressure at all. We then had a test drive and concluded the purchase exactly as agreed with Darren a couple of days before. Freya was very professional throughout the process including follow up emails after I collected the car a couple of weeks after the test drive. Buying at a distance was absolutely no problem, especially as all VW dealers uphold the company’s high standards. I was given accurate information via videos, emails and telephone conversations. Harrogate VW is a friendly no hassle dealership. Well done to Freya and Darren!

My car was in for a end-of-warranty check and some small items of work needed. I waited in the very pleasant showroom area. The reception staff were extremely helpful and the work was all done as promptly as was feasible. Overall, from the phonecall to arrange through to my drive away, what could have been tiresome was instead a very good experience. Well done Vertu, Knaresboro/Hgate
