I can't praise Nurse Olivia enough, she took out 45 staples from my newly operated knee surgery today, it didn't hurt me she was so good and kind. Also Specialist Deborah helped me on another matter both of them professional and welcoming and very kind.

I can’t say thank you enough to specialist nurse Deborah Garside. I have an eczema flare up and when I saw her yesterday she couldn’t have been kinder. She listened, took me seriously, and checked my health record back for more years than I had expected. Result? Ideal prescription plus other samples for me to try out and decide which were best. The medication is already helping - there’s nothing more that I could possibly have asked for.

I visited Beech House Surgery this morning for an appointment with 1st year Dr Vinnie Griffin. He was extremely polite professional with an open relaxed positive manner. I explained my symptoms. Dr Griffin was very understanding, thorough and confident in his checks, explaining what he was doing and why. I felt very at ease which to me is very important.The whole appointment was relaxed, but efficient, wasting no time but wasn't rushed. I was so impressed I passed comment to the receptionist. I feel this young Doctor will go far in his chosen career.

Joined this practice about a year ago and they have been useless. Receptionists are very rude, say there gonna give you a call back and they don’t or they ring the phone for 2 seconds and then hang up. the secretary started to ignore my calls after she proceeded to say she that she hadn’t heard anything about a referral when I got told the next day by a receptionist that she had known for a week. Doctors here are lazy they take one look at you and just send you away unless you keep going back and back. I was unwell for 3 weeks and kept going backwards and forwards to the doctors until they could actually be bothered to see me properly, and now I’m currently having to go private and now I’m in line for a brain scan and a EGG which is fairly serious. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone because you’re not gonna get seen or taken seriously here .

Continued care from good listening GP that ensures follow up action that is reflective of my needs. Also gentle care from the health assistant who collects regular necessary blood samples, efficient helpful receptionists and a staff who genuinely care for the patients best interests.
