Carl came out to fix a fault affecting our EV charger and was brilliant throughout. The fault was intermittent, so he ended up visiting three times — always patient, kind, and determined to get to the bottom of it, even when the issue wasn’t showing at the time. He took the time to troubleshoot thoroughly, explain what he was checking, and reassure me that everything was safe. When the fault finally reappeared, he came out quickly, identified the cause, sourced the parts, and carried out the repair with real care and professionalism. All certificates and paperwork provided too to ensure we’re covered and the work is certified. He made sure we were disrupted as little as possible while we were working from home, and it’s clear he takes pride in doing the job properly. All in all, a great guy and a fantastic electrician — I’d wholeheartedly recommend Carl to anyone.

Carl came to our house when we arrived from holiday to find our smoke alarms ringing. He came very promptly and sorted the issue out quickly. Would recommend if you want or need a local electrician
