From the day my house was put on sale I was impressed by the efficient and competent way the agent dealt with requests. All through the process of selling i was given support and considered information on what was happening. It was reassuring.. I was continually kept informed as to what was happening. After the house was sold and I was having to deal with solicitors with the exactly opposite motivational traits, the estate agent kept negotiating between their office and myself which offered me encouragement and progress information i would not have had. I cannot speak more highly of the work they have done.
