please be aware that this is not a full estate agent service as you might expect, it seems to be one full time member of staff, a part time remote worker and a call centre belonging to a related (healthcare) company. for us this meant that our chain was not managed causing delays and additional costs. we also had a letter through our door stating that someone was really keen to buy but had called repeatedly and even tried to visit the estate agents office (which again is not an estate agents office, it seems to be linked to the healthcare company) but they could not arrange a viewing. We did express concerns repeatedly but this was handled poorly- Joanna was very defensive and at one point stated that they normally sell million pound homes (the implication presumably being that we didn’t deserve the full service as our home wasn’t worth that?). It’s disappointing as Joanna and Darren sold us the home when they were called Jory estates but the experience as a seller was much much worse this time round

We have worked with Joanna and the team to buy a new build property as well as to sell 2 of our existing homes. The service received has been great from start to finish and we cannot recommend Jory Estates enough. We achieved quick sales on both properties and the team were in touch regularly right up until completion which they did a great job of pushing through in a short time for us. Joanna worked closely with the Developers of our new home and kept us regularly updated with progress of the property. Should we ever look to buy or sell a home in the future we will certainly look to partner with Jory Estates again."

As a first time buyer, Joanna and Darren from HMCA supported me through the purchase process from end to end and were always available to answer any questions I had. They even bought me a bottle of fizz on completion day that was waiting for me when I got the keys which was a really thoughtful gesture! I’d recommend to friends and family.

We needed a quick sale and Joanna achieved exactly that, providing everything we needed and kept us up to speed every single step of the way.
