Had an appointment booked by OLIVIA herself for this morning (29.04.25)from my first appointment with her at beginning of march,and where was she??? ABROAD!!! NO good to me!!! Had my email and telephone number to rearrange but to no avail!!! I arrived 20 mins before my appointment even called up via telephone and in person before 3.40pm yesterday and no answer either way!!!! Literally in tears this morning!!! Not funny or clever to do this to someone that relied on you!!!! I hope she gets sunburn the appalling customer service!!! And the woman who had to deal with me this morning???? Lay off the Botox because u have zero empathy and your forehead shows it!!!! You should have as a collective had appointment available as YOUR BANNER SAYS!!!! Absolute baskets!!!!!
Attended for first time. I have very fine thinning hair so am always worried about getting a hairdresser who understands thinning hair but I had Rachel who was great and did a excellent job in colouring and cutting my hair. Very pleased. Have booked again with Rachel. Highly recommended.
Aurum Hair is a fantastic hairdressers and I would highly recommend them. Lucy, my hairdresser, is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her job that I have complete confidence in her. She's a real perfectionist, and I am always really pleased with the way she cuts and styles my hair. All the other staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming too; they all understand what makes great customer service. Looking forward to my next visit.
Very nice place to go for a haircut, all of the staff are very friendly and professional. I have been going here for a year now, getting my haircut by Rachel who is a very talented lady. I have never left not liking my hair and she always does my hair exactly how I want it.
Danielle at the Secret Retreat just pierced my daughter's ears. She was kind, patient and lovely. I would highly recommend!
