In the last month or so this pharmacy has experienced a real downshift in their services and it's extremely disappointing. The staff are rude and apathetic and you're left feeling like an inconvenience for coming for your prescriptions. I've turned up a day or two after the doctor has sent the prescription for them to tell me "we'd need to order that" when I've come in to collect a prescription, as if somehow I only want part of what the doctor has sent them and not the other half. Today took the cake. The pharmacy was devoid of other customers, and the three ladies on shift watched as I struggled to navigate the door with my large pram containing my twins. Once inside not one of them acknowledged my presence as I stood there and waited, and after a good minute one finally looked up to tell me they'd be right with me. I appreciate that they were all probably in the middle of a job, but to be utterly ignored in such a manner was just rude. When I finally got served, I mentioned I wanted to check if my son's prescription was also in at which point the lady serving me snapped at me that we would do them one at a time. As I left, they again watched me struggle to get out of the door with the pram. To say it's disappointing to see how much the place has declined is an understatement. We will be switching to another pharmacy.
Always polite and efficient. I use them for this reason as we live quite a distance away. Lovely and clean and also good parking with a fish and chip shop a few doors down. Will definitely use Chain lane again.
This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. The staff are really lovely and always really helpful. By far The best!
I came here from boots as they always forgot your prescription orders !!! Since using chain lane its difference as night and day awesome team they are 👌Eva and Ella especially 👌💯 They all Derserve a salary increase 💰 !!!👊Thank you to you all .
