Michael was an absolute lifesaver when we had a burst pipe. He came out super fast, was able to figure out the issue quickly, and then isolated and fixed the pipe. He was fantastically calm and professional throughout the whole process, and will definitely be my first call for anything plumbing/heating related in the future!
Michael did 'a little' job (on behalf of my landlord) that turned into problem after problem - yet it still wasn't to much for him. Michael was professional & friendly, reassurance constantly given that things would be okay and amended. Highly recommended, already forwarded details to another letting agents as I found Michael reliable and honest. Will be recommending to anyone asking for a plumber/heating engineer.
Michael really helped us on a very last minute basis. Our boiler was losing flame, after calling us back on the morning he came out as soon as he could. Fantastic service, always recommend to anyone in our area. We’ve used before and will continue using in the future! Excellent guy and did a cracking job
Mike has saved my family’s lives after coming out and putting many many many faults right after a con man plumber posing as gas safe has absolutely ruined our plumbing and gas system. He made safe many fixings, both water and gas, has made time for us and fit us in as urgently as he could. He’s been completely honest and kept us informed every step of the way. Time keeping is great, communication and explanation is brilliant. At the time of this review, we have one more fault to correct, then we should hopefully have the wonderful family home we wanted. Thanks mate, 100% recommend.
Fantastic service from Michael, I've used him for a few years to service my boiler and sealed water tank. I explained about the water pressure always being rubbish since another company installed my unvented system. Thinking I had a complex hot water issue which other companies couldn't or wouldn't fix. Micheal sorted it straight away now we have full pressure again, I won't use anyone else other than Michael. Fantastic service from a fantastic plumber thank you once again.
