We instructed Switalskis Knaresborough for sale of our property and the purchase of a new one. We found Sarah & Lisa to be absolutely brilliant and made the whole process as smooth as it could possibly go with all the normal issues relating to moving house. They were both extremely professional and personable and we would highly recommend using them.

Rahul was extraordinarily generous accepting to certify a document, something I really appreciate considering how difficult it turned out to be to find a solicitor in the area agreeing to do it. The fee was literally symbolic, to the point where the branch could only accept cash payments for that amount, and because I only had a bank card he suggested instead to donate it to a charity. I have proudly done so to the Royal British Legion. With this level of kindness, I wouldn’t want any other person as my solicitor. Thank you so much Rahul.
