Hays Travel Knaresborough

Never booked a holiday at a travel agency before in fact only been abroad once before so I'm a complete novice when traveling. The lady at Hays Travel was fantastic, she did everything and more to be helpful. I can't recommend Hays and their staff enough. Fabulous.

Rang a lady at Hays a few days again and explained that myself and my elderly mother would like to go on a last minute mini cruise (8-12 Nov). I explained what I was looking for and when I told her our budget (£500 p/p) she seemed to lose interest! After being told that a flight to Barcelona from our local airport would cost this (I found flights for those dates for £110) the lady promised to email details of cruises only (I would arrange flights myself) as a matter of urgency as we were hoping to depart in a week from the phone call. I am still waiting for the email/any communication and have had to push dates back which has caused problems! Poor service!

Just booked a holiday to Gran Canaria with Hays. Great staff, lovely lady got our requirements spot on. She really did her best to help us get what we needed. We will use Hays again

We called into our local Hayes shop, in Knaresborough, on Monday and were attended to by Vicky. We used Hayes in the past, but then I became a bit more savvy with the computer, so for the last few holidays we have taken, I have booked online. Due to the current situation,Covid, we thought we would go local. How pleased we were that we did. We got a wonderful holiday booked, at a very good price, and had an hour or so of fun and catching up. It was just like being in a good friends house. We will not be bothering with online any more. So much more to be gained by "going local".

The best travel agency I have ever used. Go above and beyond. Were extremely helpful when I was stuck in Australia in April.Gave me information I needed ,kept me informed. Even emailed me when I got home to make sure I was safe.
