A Guide's hoodie had to be ordered in for my granddaughter. I got a call to say it had arrived and promptly forgot about it. The lovely lady who owns/runs the shop actually delivered it to my door personally. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. This is Customer Service taken to the highest level. THANK YOU!
