I visited Dreams in Knaresborough with my sister. We were warmly welcomed by Sarah who gave us an amazing experience, one of which we had never expected! Choosing a bed was made pleasurable fun and very informative too. The technology designed to help choose the exact bed for me was perfect. Sarah was so professional, friendly, understanding and accommodating nothing was any trouble for her. We even found the exact pillows for our needs too!! We even had a drink during our visit. I am so excited to receive my new bed and mattress. After using my new pillows for the first time last night i slept so well and have no neck pain for the first time on 25yrs. Sarah thank you are the best. I would strongly recommend dreams for the perfect beds etc and amazing understanding of your personal sleep requirements . 😘😴

Great service from Sarah at the knaresborough store, both today and yesterday. She took us through our options and helped us choose a mattress. We were offered a drink whilst we shopped, a pillow to help us in our search and was full of advice. She explained all the services at point of sale. Many thanks.

Had our mattress picked in no time! Leah was amazing. We did the sleep match, she showed us a couple of options after us telling her what we were thinking and it was a deal! She did not give us too much of a choice which was what we needed. We are so excited for our new bed to come! Thanks Leah x
