Such a shame! Purchased a bed that was meant to have a RRP close to £800! It arrived with missing parts, dirty, chipped and after calling I had no response and emailing in the end offered £26!!!! Disappointed and a disgrace it had vital missing parts and the bed is no way a £800 bed I’d avoid if you want a good quality bed! The pictures do not show all the marks I cleaned off also! It also had a biro address on one of the boxes so could even have been returned I will never find out, however will not be using this company again for more of our home renovation….AVOID this company!

We had excellent service fro Bedstar. We visited the showroom on a miserable Saturday morning two weeks ago and received a warm welcome and really good advice from the salesperson who clearly knew his stuff and took the time and trouble to explain everything to us in detail. We ordered bed, headboard and mattress and were told delivery would be around two weeks. Today, two weeks later our bed has been delivered and the two delivery guys were first class. Got everything upstairs, erected and all packaging removed within 45 mins. Absolutely first class service all round.

To say this deserves one star is pushing it. I paid for a slot on 26th, mattress and frame. AIT lost part of the order which resulted in my having to try to resolve their issues. When I spoke to their team I was advised they had service issues. No kidding. They failed again on Monday. By this time I have spent £400 not getting this delivered and assembled and a rental booking put in jeopardy. It finally arrived on Tuesday. I was told between 4-6, it turned up at nearly 7pm. It’s cost me over £500. They nor AIT are prepared to accept any responsibility for their atrocious service. Except offering me two free pillows. I suggest you stay well away from these outfits if you value your time and money.

Great selection, great bed, very comfortable, super quick delivery and excellent customer service support. Ordered Sunday delivered Tuesday.

My review unfortunately has to be posted, all in all our shopping experience with this company was disappointing, all I wanted was a good nights sleep so we came here to try out some mattresses. We weren’t offered much advice, and certainly no advice on company policies. As most manufacturers do now they at least offer a period of time (usually 30) days to try out a mattress to make sure it’s suitable for your needs. They DO NOT offer this. So if you’re hoping to exchange for a more suitable one you’ll be disappointed! We ordered ours end of June, due for delivery the week after & turned up day after the date we expected it to arrive ( another disappointment)! The mattress we bought had a label saying soft/ medium, it isn’t we still are waking in agony & its 1st august/ 24. It’s just cost another £100 for a mattress topper hopefully to get some comfort & sleep. The staff weren’t very helpful & adamantly refused it back even though we were willing to pay extra for a different one. It was covered & protected by a zipped mattress protector, & still had the edge protected from the delivery packaging. If you’re thinking about a new mattress it might be worth looking for someone who does a 30 night trial!!! It’s a lot to spend to be disappointed!! Thanks bedstar for no help at all!!
