It's rare to come across excellence. Having tried several companies to send a Christmas gift to my daughter, I found this company. From the simplicity of ordering, to the most fantastic customer service, I'm so impressed. Quick example was an email from them to say that small changes had to made to the contents, all very much to my advantage as a customer; charming polite service which puts this company above and beyond in my eyes. Would I shop with them again.. absolutely YES.

Really impressed with the wonderful service. We wanted to send a client a hamper for Christmas and we were honestly spoilt for choice. We found one that was almost spot on but also liked a couple of items from another hamper. I messaged the team to see if they could help us out and they were super fast to reply and helped us to create a bespoke gift that was exactly in our price range. The team were responsive, polite, helpful and turned it round for us really quickly. The products were brilliant and I will be recommending these guys to anyone and everyone who is looking for a thoughtful gift and want to support a local company. Can't thank them enough.
