An item marked at £1 was repriced to £15 in front of me at the till, without an apology or proper explanation. I understand errors occur, but this came across as poor customer service and left a negative impression. I hope staff can handle pricing mistakes more respectfully in future.

A really great charity shop. It’s not just the usual charity shop space. It feels really well put together with secondhand treasures. Well worth a look in!
