I visited Stomp bright and early on the 28th April just to have a browse for some shoes for my 3 year old daughter. A lovely lady assisted us in choosing the right size and fit. She was AMAZING - just so brilliant with my daughter. To her my daughter was the customer and she asked her what colours she likes, if she wanted to do some running in her new shoes, where she'd take her new shoes to, etc. It sounds simple but her genuine interest in finding the right shoe for my daughter and her enthusiasm meant we had such a nice shopping experience and were in such a good mood skipping out of the shop in new footwear. Create customer service!

So impressed with the level of service. The ladies are so knowledgable and understanding. My daughter has very thin ankles and is particularly fussy. These ladies sort her shoes every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Best shoe shop in the area. Staff super knowledgeable, won't sell you shoes unless you need them. You can go back to check if shoes still fit, check for size changes and they have a loyalty card. Always go here for school shoes.
