Excellent venue. Would highly recommend. Very welcoming folks run the venue who look after you well.
We have attended two parties in the upstairs function hall at this venue.It is newly decorated with new wood flooring,plenty of space with table and chairs. It has it's own bar. Unfortunately it is on the second floor,which means the only access is by quite a steep staircase,with no lift,this is quite a health and safety issue,as people are drinking in the bar upstairs,getting drunk,which could lead to accidents of a serious nature,plus,children were present at both events,thus creating a secondary danger,in terms of falling down the stairs,or exit by the front entrance which is right at the bottom of said stairs,straight onto the main road running through Knottingley! Pleasant staff and venue,but safety concerns.
This is a great place for holding meetings.Well equipped, it even has a lift to reach the first floor, marvellous. No car park, on street parking available alongside.
My daughter has tap & ballet lessons here, along with other events that Tina the dance teacher arranges.
Could do with renovating definitely seen better days
