Singh Restaurant is a wonderful spot for authentic Indian cuisine! The food is flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented — every dish tastes just like something made at home with love. The spices are perfectly balanced, and the portion sizes are generous. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. A special mention to Divya, our waitress for the evening — she was absolutely delightful! 💫 Her service was attentive and friendly, and she made us feel genuinely cared for. She checked in at just the right times, offered great recommendations, and had the sweetest smile throughout. Her professionalism and warmth really elevated the entire dining experience. Highly recommend Singh Restaurant — and if you go, ask for divya. She’ll make sure your evening is as perfect as the food!
Have gone to Singhs a couple of times and can't say that I'm totally sold on this place (even though i have a singh in my name as well haha). Their Chole bhature is to die for, probably go as far as to say, the best in Leeds even. Bhatura are absolutely fresh and somehow have no residue oil on them, something which is rare is many restaurants. Even their samosas are top tier, brilliant aloo to crispy exterior ratio. Somehow they only have samosa chaat in their restaurant menu and not plain samosas, but both available on ubereats which I find weird (although you can ask them and if lucky, they provide you plain as well). The samosa chaat tasted good as well, but didnt have enough curd or chutneys to properly balance chaat as a whole. Kulchaas. Top tier. Not many places in Leeds that serve kulchaas but take my word, if you wanna try, theirs are the best ones. Now to the sad part, we ordered their Paneer Masala and it was quite a dissapointment. It had big mustard seeds and the curry tasted quite pulpy. It had a south indian flavor profile (which I love when its prepared well enough) which I didnt expect in a punjabi restaurant. This was the first curry I have tried at Singhs so I'm scared to try others but their Thalis looked good so maybe I'll give them a go next time I'm there. Overall, a decent experience. One thing ended up kind of ruining the overall meal but nonetheless, the good overtakes the bad and Jas (our server) was really kind too.
Amazing service from Divya, it was amazing fantastic to speak to her, always have smile on her face😃 very respectful and helpful, always comes over to see how we are and asking us for anything else we wanted. She is amazing person, will defantly come again and get served by Divya. Please give her recommendation. She’s a diamond💎 - servred by Divya
Yadwinder and diviya are really good and nice. Food is quite delicious 😋 and a lovely ambience with punjabi hindi songs. The malai soya chaap is one of my favourite and I always willing to try another food items being cooked and served by singhs. Thanks alot for nice, scrumptious street food in leeds. All the best singhs. #Singhisking✨️😋☺️
Went here for my dad’s birthday and what an amazing place. The food is non-halal, the customer service was outstanding. We were lucky to get a booking the day before because when we arrived, every table was taken and they were turning people away without reservations which really says a lot about how popular this place is. I must have seen over 20 people being turned down. Despite how busy it was, we never felt rushed. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff were attentive without being pushy. The vegetarian options were excellent, and the sauces served with the poppadoms were out of this world especially the mango and red chilli sauces. The draught beers were incredibly well priced at £5, cheaper than most pubs. Overall, the bill was very reasonable considering the size of our group. They even provided a cake and played happy birthday music when it was brought out, and didn’t charge us for it at all a really thoughtful touch. Thank you, Mr Singh. We will definitely be coming back.
