Booked the car park for a journey from leeds station. Booked it well in advance , got there on time.. But a sign stating it was full. Entered anyway just to be sure, also be aware that the car park is incredibly tight, i only have a relatively small car (polestar 2), and just managed it. But no spaces anywhere. What a rip off. Have demanded a refund, we’ll see if they pay up. If not then a submission to the small claims court will be made. Just beware.. A booking means nothing!
Parked here last year 2023, booking went through fine. Tried again this year, 2024. I kept getting an error ( error 1000) . I used various ways Gpay and bank cards still got the error message. Finally, I used a website called Your Parking Space. It was much easier to book and had the dates I wanted. It was also cheaper. ( Just park £10) while (Your Parking Space £8) It was a no-brainer. I suggest anyone looking for a cheaper price use Your Parking Space.
My van got stolen from this car park! 4 Lads broke in and drove through the parking barriers to escape. It wasn't even a good van so god knows why they took it lol. The security and hotel receptionist didn't even notice their barriers had been smashed until I informed them. I would avoid parking here.
Using the application of justpark, easy to used the most suitable car park, easy to find the most value carpark, easy to get into the carpark, easy to get out of the car park, easy to extend the hours of the staying. Be mindful this car park doesn't has many spaces.
