If anyone is considering signing up here, don’t! Look elsewhere. Misdiagnosed children on multiple occasions donators seem inadequately trained, to say they are professionals in their field the standards must be really low! I am taking my entire family out and going to advise anyone I know that’s registered there to do the same! No empathy no emotion and no remorse for human life! Worst place I have visited and I’ve lived up and down the country so visited many. Would be 0 or - starts but Google doesn’t allow that!

Always so responsive and caring. The new online system does make things quicker and prevent you from sitting on the phone for ages on a morning trying to get an appointment. However i can see how this could be difficult for people who have limited understanding of technology. Hopefully there are still things in place to support them too. I cannot fault this doctors practice at all. I have never struggled to get an appointment for myself or my children. Thank you

I’m not overly impressed with having to use system connect as it makes things more difficult, I do prefer using the NHS app as it’s easier and much more simpler to use. The reception staff are very kind and helpful and the surgery overall is good, it’s just using the different systems and only during the working hours. I am aware that the requests will only be seen during working hours, but there should be nothing to stop people from just sending their request. We are all working people and sometimes you need to use the online system outside of working hours.

I requested a letter outlining my disability, to support my PIP appeal. I was told to provide this by PIP. I was told, No, they wouldn't write one. Even though the cost is £30. So I asked for a letter, stating they wouldn't do this. And they said No. This has left me in a very bad position regarding my appeal. And without a letter from the Dr, I have no chance. I'm in shock. Utterly disappointed.

The reviews for this surgery baffle me I’ve honestly had nothing but respect even from the reception staff which is hard to find 😅 the nurses are lovely and the doctors I’ve seen have been great too especially Dr Lewis No messing about says it as it is which I like. I really have nothing bad to say at all it’s been made far better with the new appointments system as well it’s not very often I can’t get an appointment very quickly and call backs are always quick as well. I’d honestly recommend
