The Garden Surgery

Diabolical new appointment system no consideration for the elderly who don't have Internet access. Telephone appointments are ridiculous apparently the appointment time is irrelevant and you can be called anytime. Currently 2 and a half hours after the appointment time and still waiting for the appointment. When spoke to reception told they can call anytime after the appointment time! If you was 2 hours late to an appointment you wouldn't be seen.

Ive been trying to see Dr flint has hes asked to see me,which was 5 n half weeks ago, ive try 5 times. fill in the online forms which got me no where the fourth time the system was down and the fifth time trying i was sent a link after filling in the forms again the link was dead.. phoned reception I was told to try the link at 2.00 pm new appointments get added and keep trying the link has its live for 7 days. But like I said to the receptionist how can you move forward if the links down which in so many said they is nothing she can but she did offer me a telephone call with Dr flint. Now surely if I can get a telephone conversation why can't I get an appointment. That surgery is getting worse.

It's always been very difficult to call for an appointment. Now you have to do it online, and it's even worse. There's no way to get an appointment with a doctor. It's time to change GPs because I won't get help here.

Surgery is dreadful left my husband with no diabetic medication fo months before getting him ito surgery then telling him his bloods were high and could have heart attack or stroke. I was miss diagnosed twice by Dr Procter now left with no methotrexate for 3 days because nurse didn't send it to pharmacy as promised. Surgery is a joke looking for a surgery who gives a dam

I have been registred at this GP for over 10 years and not once have i had any problems. Everytime i make appoitment i have one the same or following next day. I found this gp really helpfull
