AVOID!! Awful company from start to finish! Poor communication, no-one bothered to show up to the appointment they made me book to return my keys. Tried to take a part of my deposit off me when returning a flat I had rented through them for 'cleaning'. Even though the flat was not cleaned for when I moved in and was returned in a much better condition! Finally received the money back months later after going through TDS. They knew they were wrong to try take my money, if they do same to you make sure to dispute they just want to see what they can get out of people. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Isla showed us round the property that we chose to live in and she was brilliant answering any questions and helping give us any information we needed regarding the property. North property have been brilliant so far and have fixed any issues very quickly! Thank you to Isla for going above and beyond to help us find our dream flat and to be the first to help us whenever we need and generally being so lovely! Couldn’t be happier with the service we have received and our first property!

This company are impossible to contact, leave everything to the very last minute, and hang up on you when you have any issues! We were presented an apartment and on the day we got the keys, it was absolutely filthy. Broken furniture, stains all over the bathroom and carpets, toilet wasn’t even empty! When we asked about this, it took us a WEEK of constant emails and phone calls to get through to the property manager, Daniel Barrett. When we finally spoke to Daniel, he made the excuse of ‘we missed this one because it was a human error’. I asked if he could rectify this as it states in the tenancy agreement that the apartment should be clean when we move in. He seemed to think this wasn’t the case, and then proceeded to say it was our responsibility, dodged all of my questions and then hung up on me. Very disappointed with how we’ve been spoken to by someone so high up in the company, and we’ve been left to clean the apartment ourselves, despite a high rent payment and deposit. A real shame. If a property manager can’t even organise a simple clean and hangs up on you when you ask why, there’s some major issues there. Outraged at how I’ve been spoken to by Daniel.

Had an amazing experience so far with North Property Group, particularly Isla and Marianne who have been a massive help from the first viewing to getting everything set up to rent my first property. Great communication, and any issues or queries were quickly and efficiently resolved by both. Very friendly service, both lovely ladies. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)
