What a joke of a company. They made contact offering me a cash offer and said it would be an easy experience. I withdrew my property from an auction and then they went quiet. They ignored my calls and didn't respond to messages. Luckily I put my property back in the auction and it sold for higher than these time wasters offered.

I was looking for a fast sale of my property. They negotiated hard and brought me down to my lowest possible price. They then claimed that the whole sale process would take no more than 4 weeks. I gave them access to my property twice for valuation and for surveying. The surveyor was over 1 hour late. It took 9 weeks for them to get back to me, which included 2 weeks of several unanswered emails from me and four phone calls to them where I was promised a call back that never materialised. Then they offered me a derisory offer almost 25% less than the price we'd already negotiated. I have since been told by others that this is a common tactic of theirs to waste sellers time and then lowball them with a much lower offer in the hope that they are so desperate they will accept

If you are looking for a quick sale from an ACTUAL CASH buyer then AVOID. Let me put you on to how this actually works because they wont tell you. They instruct the solicitor to get you to sign a conditional contract which has an exteneded date (way past what you agreed) to send around RIC surveyors and other checks. The contract also states they can pull out of the sell without giving a reason. Heres the kicker. They will put your property up for auction without telling you, as THEY DONT ACTUALLY HAVE THE CASH THEMSELVES TO BUY YOUR PROPERY!!! Effectively they are the middle man. They work as an estate agent and take a big profit off the top. Check their financial records on companies house, they dont have the funds. Just put your house up for auction and get all the money. Dont waste your time here with the middle man. You've been warned!
