Very strange company to deal with. Was directly handed to this company via Land Rover, seemed very polite and efficient on the phone; they quickly sent me a link to upload photos of the damage, and in due course I received an estimate. However, when I asked about availability to carry out the work, as I wanted to get booked in, they suddenly ghosted me - I sent 6 emails, with no satisfactory return. I mean why waste your time and money preparing estimates and stringing people along if you have no intention to carry out the work - not only that, but I was keen to get my vehicle booked in for repair ASAP due to the Christmas break fast approaching - so they essentially wasted 3 weeks of my time chasing a wild goose, when I could have been engaged with a company that actually wanted to do the work. Whatever the reason was for ghosting me, in future Vehicle Bodycare Centre Ltd, just be upfront with people, you're not the only Land Rover Approved bodyshop, so if you don't want any more work, or it's not the type of work you want to do, just say!! People would respect your honesty rather than being led down the garden path for 3 weeks to no avail.

Been here twice now to have my Land Rover defender repaired and both terms has been absolutely excellent service and excellent staff thank you guys

Planned work on my car done very efficiently and quickly. They even welcomed my dog into their reception while I sat and waited for the work to be completed. All the staff are very kind and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Just had my Jaguar F pace repaired after I’d hit a tree. I was referred here by the main dealer in York where I bought the car. Maddie explained process and asked if I was happy travelling from Durham, and they would provide a courtesy car. Maddie kept me updated throughout and was very helpful. Sebastian was there with the paperwork ready when I dropped the car of and again when I collected it. He said “it’s as good as new” and I couldn’t disagree, what an excellent job, metallic paint and ceramic coating. I would thoroughly recommend Vehicle Bodyare Centre.

Just had my 2004 VW transporter painted here. They got rid of the rust round the wheel arches and it looks like a new vehicle now absolutely ecstatic how it’s turned out, and in a really short turn around time. Paintwork is as new as are the bumpers. Brilliant!!!. Highly recommend them to anyone who loves their vehicle….. The photos are at my garage as soon as I got it back, it’s to good for a works van now!….
