Avoid this place. I had a 9:15 appointment booked, but they weren't even open. I rang the bell and the phone multiple times with no reply. It’s a disgrace that a pharmacy can just stay shut without notice; they should have their license suspended.

On Sunday morning emergency doctor prescribed medication for my son to be collected from this place. It was still closed at 9am but all the sites information and doctor in emergency assured its will be opened from 8:30. So I need left my son struggle for 1 more day because you can't work promised hours??

Do not use this pharmacy!!! They lie to you!!! I had a prescription delivered to them and because it was more than £50 they said they hadn't received the prescription, going back and forth from doctors who had now prescribed it twice said they still hadn't received it, 3rd time went back and they said they couldn't get hold of the medication!!!! Absolute rubbish!!!! Because they were only getting £50 for prescription and it cost more and they would have to pay extra they kept coming up with all these excuses!!! This was life or death!!!! And this chemist chose DEATH!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!

Emergency prescription sent here for my daughter. Got here and it’s closed - despite website saying it should be open. Daughter sick and without medication. Rubbish. Avoid Pharmarcy + at East End Park.
