Nice little bakery with friendly staff and a wide range of baked goods if you get there early enough. Other reviews have stated they sell out of items fast. Egg custards were delicious. Everything reasonably priced. Only setback is it shares limited parking spaces with the Chines restaurant and wholesalers.

We got Thai milk tea. It was ok but didn't taste right. Brown sugar milk tea with bobas was not tasty. In fact the worst I've ever had. The boba was hard, chewy and flavourless and the drink itself didn't have much flavour or sweetness. Egg tart was ok. Pandan swiss roll was the best purchase although ingredients list shows there is no pandan in it. 😅

Visited for the first time today, shortly after it opened. It’s a lovely little bakery filled with all the good baos for a good price too! The customer service was excellent, very kind people. The bubble teas were good, but not quite the same standard as like T4 or Chatime, but it’s still very good for a good price. The parking is limited as it’s sharing it with the oriental cash and carry, and oriental city restaurant. I highly recommend visiting, more so when it opens because they can sell out very quickly.

I am in shock to find that my Polo char siu(BBQ pork) does not even have a spoon of pork!!! The bakery actually gone through the trouble to put tiny cubes of pork on the surface of the bun to make it look like the fillings are overfilled! Disgraceful behaviour!!! I will not be buying these pork buns! It's a CON! As evidence that I was a genuine customer, I have attached the plastic bag that holds the polo char siu buns.
