About Leeds Dock Dog Park

Leeds Dock Dog Park offers a dedicated urban recreational space for canine companions and their owners in the vibrant Leeds Dock area of Leeds. This free-to-use facility provides a convenient and secure environment for city dogs to exercise, play, and socialise. Featuring a small agility course, including a tunnel, it's a popular spot for pet owners looking for a safe space for their dogs in the city centre.

Many visitors appreciate the park's urban setting and the opportunity it provides for dogs to stretch their legs. While designed to comfortably accommodate several dogs, enabling social interaction, some owners note that the fence height of approximately 4ft may allow very small dogs to slip through. It can also become muddy after rainfall, as is common with outdoor spaces, and some agility equipment may be out of order.

Visiting Information

Specific opening hours for Leeds Dock Dog Park are not publicly provided, and visitors are advised to check the general Leeds Dock area guidelines or local signage upon arrival. Accessibility features for the park are not detailed. Entry to the dog park is free of charge, with no payment required to use the facilities.

It’s okay, there isn’t a bin there and lots of owners tend not to pick up so can get a little dirty. The tunnel is fun but stay away from the seesaw as that is broken.

Great little park for dogs in the city centre. Visited today and it was very clean and the equipment was of very good quality. I was the only one in there with my dog but I think around 7 or 8 dogs could use it comfortably. The fence facing the rest of the green is around 4ft tall with a small space underneath. Some dogs could easily jump over or crawl under, not fully secure IMO so keep an eye on your dogs and you’ll be fine. The fence on the main road side is totally secure brick and railings. It’s free, with no booking required so definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back 👍

Nice little free dog park (ideal for city living) very small dogs would escape under the fence but my dog loved it, can be very muddy if has rained. Nice little agility course.

Small but a few interesting obstacles for play.
