Midsized car park with easy access to nearby walks. Relatively empty during midweek in off season. Cost the same as other Yorkshire Dale car parks, e.g. £3.50 for up to two hours, £5.50 above that. Free toilets available with paper and mostly clean.
Park in Malham YDNP Car Park and take the short walk to the pretty waterfall called Janet's Foss and the spectacular Gordale Scar. Come back to the Lister Arms in Malham for a welcome pint and meal.
My wife and I did the circular walk of 4.5 miles . Nice day and enjoyed it .Saw the foss and lime kilns.Took our time at 5 hours
A great place to visit and I had no objection to the parking charges or charges for the toilets, knowing that the money is going to be reinvested in maintaining the charm of the place.
Absolutely gorgeous love visiting the Yorkshire Dales and the night sky is amazing.
