Simply stunning. Incredibly beautiful and an oasis of tranquility. Stopped here on way back from a difficult day at work and helped immensely to settle things right. The stained glass windows of the saints are lovely.
Beautiful historic old church with stunning stained glass windows and carved pew ends from Bridlington Priory . Peaceful and beautifully maintained. Privilege to visit. Thank you and Congratulations to the Congregation and local people that keep it open and available for us to visit.
Like so many,I driven pass here several times. Finally called in and what a lovely church it is. Very colourful stained glass windows and interesting carvings on pews. In the churchyard you can find some memento mori headstones along with others ornately carved. Worth popping in next time you drive paa on the A19.
Liked it here very interesting lots of history lots of graves dating back to 1500
I have passed this church many many times on my travels to / from Newcastle. Finally managed to pop in this evening for half an hour of quiet reflection. A beautiful & well loved church full of history. Well worth popping in if you get the chance.
