This gem is hidden from the street. The local shop has a sign up so you know how to get to this lovely, petit tea room. The service is excellent, the scones were freshly baked, the cappuccinos were of a good size and flavour. Indoor it seats about 20 people, out on the veranda another 8. The proprietor and his staff deserve that you pay them a visit. This place deserves a 10!
It’s nice when it’s open. Scones are tiny but tasty. Child size really. But beware. You have to pay cash as they don’t accept card payments. The alternative is to do a bank transfer which most people did whilst we were there. Bit dodgy as it goes into a personal account. Sure the tax man will love that!!
A lovely little nook to have a snack nestling beside a small waterfall. Lovely local friendly feel Fine for dogs. We had a tasty snack.

Nice family run little tea room, sat outside overlooking the beck and river, sun shone, tea and cakes were excellent, a good all round place to stop and replenish your energy. Also really great value.
