Leeds Brahma Kumaris has been serving the local community for 50 years, offering free meditation, wellbeing and personal development courses organised from our admin. centre in West Park. We are a registered charity in England, Wales (Charity No. 269971), committed to making practical spirituality accessible to all. We are part of the Brahma Kumaris, the world’s largest spiritual organisation to be led by women and an international NGO with General Consultative Status at the United Nations (ECOSOC). Our work is rooted in Raja Yoga meditation, a simple and practical approach to developing inner peace, clarity and emotional resilience. We welcome people of all backgrounds to explore spirituality in a down‑to‑earth, inclusive way, and we continue to support local groups, charities and community initiatives across Leeds. All our activities are offered free of charge as part of our long‑standing commitment to service.
