I am writing to express my concern regarding the conduct of a staff member at the community centre. As residents who actively live within and rely on this community, we expect the centre to operate in a way that genuinely supports and serves local people. Unfortunately, our experience has been quite the opposite. The individual in question behaves as though he is the “boss” of the community rather than a representative there to assist and support residents. His manner is authoritative, dismissive, and unapproachable, which creates an unwelcoming environment. Instead of offering help, guidance, or understanding, he appears more focused on control and asserting power. Moreover, the centre is presented as a community space, yet it operates more like a business centre. Access, support, and engagement feel transactional rather than community-focused. This defeats the very purpose of a community centre, which should be inclusive, supportive, and accessible to all residents, particularly those seeking help or guidance. Such behaviour undermines trust and discourages community members from using the centre. A community facility should empower people, not make them feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or unwelcome. I strongly urge the management to review staff conduct, reassess the centre’s approach to community engagement, and ensure that the space genuinely serves the community rather than functioning as a business-driven operation. Residents deserve respect, support, and a welcoming environment.

Good prices, but they don't have a proper sound system so be ready for surprises (couldn't even connect my laptop or mobile!). Wheelchair accessible, clean toilet and convenient kitchen.
