I am a disabled person who walks with crotches .Visited there on Thursday the 18th . The welcome members were so kind and ready to help. I asked one of them (Naumaan)about printer and he said there's is an issue with the printer but go at the desk , send your documents to our email and we print it for you. He genuinely was trying to help and was respectful. I did go to the desk as soon as I mentioned printer a female employee (Gefda or Gefnda or Geeda , according to the name Bid wrote on a paper for me) said it's broken and there's no other way available. I said the other staff explained what to do. She said my email is broken too so you need to go cross the road. I said it's library email address not personal. She said I'm not IT person .She was very rude and unprofessional. Not willing to help or ask her colleagues. So dismissive and don't care attitude. Then I asked to talk to someone else. A male employee ( Bid) came and repeated what the first staff said. Email documents to us and we will print. He said it would be only in back and white I said no problem. He brought back my the printed papers full colour pages. I asked him about the name of the female employee because I want to write a feedback . First he didn't wanted to give it then he wrote a word on a paper and handed to me and left . I couldn't read it . When I asked other employees what this name is . No one knew or could read that name. I did walked to the front desk and asked their colleague and no one in there even knew that name. When their colleague asked Bid about the false name , then he wrote the right name.but again with bad handwriting. I am still in shock about these two employees dishonesty and conducts . My encounters with any other staff members in there was great and all of them were respectful and willing to help. Except these two Bid and Gefda . I still have Bid's hand writing with the false name.

The collection is comprehensive - Easy borrow/return process - Good security, never lost a single item when left on the table to go to the loo - Variety of books, activities, and services. They have children story time, special needs children support, and etc going on. - Nice kid corner - Comfy chairs and available socket and wifi - Nice table tennis area Can be loud at times as some parents let their kids roam free

Awful place. I went in yesterday with my daughter hoping to have some help updating her CV & the woman we saw, Jean, was absolutely HORRIBLE!! refused to let me speak, she told my daughter to put her phone down assuming she was texting her friends when in fact she was searching for her CV. She was vile, treated me so bad & talked to my daughter like she was thick. However, I did NOT allow her to ruin the rest of my day!! What a horrible human being tho. Oh & another woman, I think she was security or something was funny with me too. A horrible horrible place!!! Oh by the way JEAN, we got the CV sorted, the school helped us in the end, they’re a lot nicer than you!!
I have been consistently impressed by the amazing library my son visits regularly. This library offers an extensive variety of books that cater to readers of all ages and interests. Whether he’s diving into captivating adventures, fantasy worlds, or exploring educational topics, there’s always something new and exciting to discover. The carefully curated selection keeps him engaged, fostering a love for reading that I truly cherish. The library regularly updates its collection to include the latest releases, ensuring that children are exposed to both classic literature and contemporary stories that resonate with their experiences. One of the standout features of the library is its quiet and comfortable space. It provides an inviting atmosphere that encourages concentration and learning, which is essential for young readers. My son loves settling into a cozy corner with a book, free from distractions, allowing him to immerse himself in storytelling. The tranquil environment, complete with comfortable seating and ample natural lighting, is perfect for children who need a peaceful place to study, read, or engage in creative pursuits. Additionally, the library includes designated quiet areas where children can focus on their work or enjoy a book without interruptions, creating an oasis of calm in a busy world. In addition to its exceptional book collection and serene atmosphere, the library is equipped with modern laptops that are well-maintained and user-friendly. These resources are invaluable, supporting research, assignments, and even personal projects. The availability of high-speed internet allows my son to explore educational websites and access online databases seamlessly. I appreciate the library’s commitment to ensuring that technology is accessible to all children, which complements its mission to promote lifelong learning and digital literacy among young patrons. Equally impressive is the library staff, who are dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly. They go above and beyond to assist both children and parents, offering individualized recommendations based on my son’s interests and reading level. Their enthusiasm for books and literacy is infectious, and they regularly organize engaging events, such as reading challenges, author visits, and storytelling sessions that draw in the community. These activities not only make reading interactive but also build a sense of camaraderie among young readers, fostering friendships and connections that extend beyond the library walls. Overall, I wholeheartedly give this library a five-star rating. It is more than just a place to borrow books; it's a vibrant community hub that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and learning for all. As a parent, I am incredibly grateful that my son has access to such a wonderful resource that enriches his life and inspires him to explore new ideas and worlds. I encourage other families to explore this amazing library, as it truly is a treasure trove that encourages a love for reading and learning in children of all ages.
