It’s the first time I’ve been and I’m certain it will not be the last! It’s is very clean and well organised. It’s. Really big area for children and adults to play. The staff are really amazing and kind. Evan was absolutely amazing from what I seen and how he treats children is absolutely special. He deserves recognition for what he does. Welldone! Keep it up

We recently held a birthday party at Gravity Leeds, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The price was reasonable and the food was delicious. The staff were extremely supportive, especially Lorgan, who hosted our party. He was friendly, attentive, and very helpful, which made the event run smoothly. We would highly recommend this venue for children’s parties.

My autistic son’s 3rd birthday party here was DEVASTATING. The poor children were left in tears. The host never introduced himself as our host and he didn’t tell anyone where to go or what to do. There was no real hosting at all so I was left running around the venue trying to organise parents and children myself. We didn’t even know who the host was until the end when we asked why it’s so unorganised and we weren't given a host. Guests had to ask the host to sing happy birthday because he brought the birthday cake in quietly. It’s not a kid-friendly place at all. Party food was left unattended without anyone telling us it’s time to go to the room and eat so children ate separately. We were told to clean our own table for birthday cake to be brought out, leaving guests cleaning the table at the party. I was really humiliated because the parents thought I hadn’t made a party booking when I’d actually pre-booked this. Brownies and ice cream never came out, despite being promised and prepaid, leaving children crying. Because of the delays and chaos, there are no group photos of the kids and my son has no memories with his little friends from his 3rd birthday. My son has autism and was extremely distressed by the disorganisation. He cried as he could not understand why the brownies and ice cream he was promised never arrived. Children left hungry, overwhelmed, and in tears. I paid £245 for an experience that caused genuine emotional distress. I’m still receiving messages from parents asking if I’m okay as they felt sorry for me for how badly his party went. The worst part is I believed customer service would compensate us for the WORST experience and instead the supervisor was smirking at us when I told her and when I called the manager the next day she denied everything. Rather than apologising, she said the staff don’t believe the host was unhelpful. She said he wouldn’t tell guests to clean the tables but that’s exactly what he did. None of the staff took accountability or provided good customer service. I would NEVER return again nor would my guests and I don’t recommend booking a children’s party here because they don’t accept responsibility for their awful service. I’m still really upset 2 days later. Please don’t take your children here as they deserve a happy and fun experience.

I come here regularly with my son who is autistic! We love it here, there's so much to do for kids, burn off some energy and the staff are always so lovely and understanding towards him. Especially Summer who went above and beyond today to ensure my son was happy and he even gave her 2 hugs when we left!
